I hold a UKCP-accredited Advanced Diploma in Integrative Transpersonal Psychotherapy. I undertook my core training at Re-Vision, where I am now a member of the training team. Re-Vision emphasises Psychotherapy with a Soulful Perspectives: this is an integrative relational model of depth psychology that draws from Jungian, Existential, Gestalt, and Psychodynamic perspectives.

I follow the UKCP Code of Ethics, providing therapy in a confidential and non-judgemental environment. I am committed to personal and professional growth, keeping my knowledge current through regular participation in professional training programmes. I have a particular interest in understanding and dismantling structures of racism within the collective psyche of white-identifying people and I regularly participate in groups that explore this complex and sensitive subject.

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is the UK’s leading professional body for the education, training and accreditation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. I am registered with the UKCP, and you can see my profile here.

Re-Vision is an established and innovative centre for training in counselling and psychotherapy. This is where I trained for five years to receive my Advanced Diploma in Integrative Transpersonal Psychotherapy.

New Road Psychotherapy offers psychotherapy, counselling and training at two sites in Brighton and Hove. New Road is a certified organisational member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.

I have a Tier 1 Data Protection certificate from the Information Commissioner’s Office, meaning that I am trained to hold sensitive data securely and privately.

I am Enhanced DBS certified. Please enquire if you would like to see these details.
